ZedX Signs Technology Co-location Agreement with Expedient Communications.
BELLEFONTE, PA - May 6, 2008 - Today, ZedX, Inc., a leading developer of web-based decision support software for agriculture, signed a co-location agreement with Expedient Communications in Pittsburgh, PA.
Brian Antonucci, ZedX, Inc. Director of Operations, reports that "This new co-location of ZedX production and research systems will provide ZedX customers with increased assurance as to service integrity and system reliability. In addition, this will allow ZedX to greatly expand its customer base, both nationally and internationally, for its AgFleet® service, as well as other product lines in the agricultural and weather industries."
Expedient Communications will be providing ZedX full SAS 70 Certified managed backup / disaster recovery and managed / co-location servers in their Pittsburgh facility. Expedient manages one of America's largest all-Ethernet networks, delivering advanced internet, voice and managed services to commercial and government entities throughout the United States.
